Summer Training Schedule
Training for Phase 4 & JDS through the summer is recommended but not compulsory.
If you decide not to swim you should do something to stay reasonably fit for the start of next season.
For Phase 5 There will be reduced sessions over the 2 weeks of the British Champs and Nationals.
If required, any swimmers competing in these can pick up extra sessions at either event they have qualified (at Ponds Forge).
The last session for P5 will be Wednesday 3rd August and we will
recommence Tuesday 30th August (evening) with a gradually increasing
program over the following 4 weeks.
